Allie Davis, DO

Dr. Allie M. Davis is an adult psychiatrist who is practicing tele-psychiatry to rural regions of Montana. Dr. Davis was born and raised in Kalispell, MT and completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Montana State University in Bozeman. She attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, Washington and then graduated from General/Adult Psychiatry Residency at Michigan State University. During her residency, she was actively involved with teaching medical students, pursued a curriculum emphasis in geriatric psychiatry and was a Geriatric Psychiatry Honor’s Scholar. She also helped to pioneer a wellness group for medical students, participated in research regarding mental health stigma, and served as chief resident in her final year.

Dr. Davis is spearheading tele-psychiatry services to rural areas of Montana and is core faculty for the Montana Track at Billings Clinic, a regional track of the University Washington Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Her professional interests include improving access to mental health care in rural areas via telemedicine, geropsychiatry, hospice, pet-therapy and psychotherapy. In her free time, she loves the great outdoors of Montana, spending time with family and friends, her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and volunteer work with hospice and equine assisted therapy.
